It’s time to let them go, to redefine who you are, and to take action to create the life you want.

Valiant Coaching is a 1:1 opportunity that gives you the individualized support you need to get to YOUR next level. It’s an experience that will help you move through whatever is holding you back and get you on the path to achieve your big, beautiful goals.

Valiant Coaching includes:

  • 2 (or more!) 60-minute phone calls per month where we’ll clarify your goals and strategize the best ways to make them reality!
  • A New Client Welcome Packet for you to fill out before our first call which will help me get to know you (and help you get to know yourself!).
  • A combination of coaching techniques (I love working 1:1 with clients because I can really tailor my strategies to your needs and incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and coaching techniques!) to assess your values, build your strengths, release your resistance, and surpass your mental blocks.
  • Email support between sessions for when you have a quick question or need some accountability! I’m here for ya!

Valiant Coaching is customized for each client but tends to cover the following steps:

 

  • Set The Stage. This is all about your core values- figuring out who you are and what you want. You’ll get clear on what YOU (not your parents, or society, or your neighbor) really want and need to thrive.
  • Strategize. Now that we know what you want, we can figure out how to get you there. Together, we’ll make a plan for you to create a life that you love and overcome all the obstacles along the way.
  • Bounce Back. Your path is bound to be filled with highs and lows, setbacks and successes. You’ll learn how to make the best of the obstacles you endure and how to transform roadblocks into stepping stone to your future.
  • Overcome Negativity. Negative thought patterns are natural but not necessary. Now’s your time to rewrite your inner scripts to change your beliefs and let go of old patterns. (We’re getting a little new age-y here, but trust me, it will all make sense as we move forward each week!)
  • Make It Happen. Between our sessions, you’ll keep up your momentum by completing challenges (yeah, they’re kind of like Homework except WAY more fun) that encourage you to step out of your comfort zone and really take action to get closer and closer to the life you envision for yourself.
